I don't think Snape is any of the three Voldemort
mentioned. Last time I read, Snape was in no way
mentioned being at the last part of the tournament, or
in the thick of things afterwards. From all other
instances of big events, Snape is right besides either
Dumbledore or McGonnagal. 

Also, Voldemort pauses to look over other DEs in the
circle. I believe Snape is among those not named. It
would explain why he was not surprised by Voldemort,
but surprised by Crouch, Jr. It would also explain
Snape's look in the hospital wing to Potter naming
names. If Potter heard Snape's voice, he could have
pointed him out. As for what Dumbledore asked Snape to
do, I think it was go after Karakoff and bring him
back, so Voldemort does not know about Snape's
betrayal.
