First thing: his name is Sirius, not "Sirus".
Second, even though Harry did indeed save Arthur thanks to his dreams,
Dumbledore and Snape had told him that Voldemort had realised after
that that there was a connection between them and that the connection
could be used to fed images and take over Harry. That was why they
insisted in teaching Harry Occlumency. Harry chose to ignore those
warnings and continue to believe what Voldemort fed him.
Beyond that, Harry decided to take matters into his own hands and "go
save Sirius" (who was safe in his house), instead of talking to a
member of OoP and ask for advice (Snape, who was close at hand). Harry
puts himself (and five other students) in danger, forcing the OoP to
mobilise and mount an unplanned rescue mission which ends up in a
massive duel between the DEs, the DA and the OoP, which in turn ends up
with the death of Sirius.
Harry is certainly to blame for this turn of events, althought there is
blame to go around for several other characters.
Hope that helps,
Grey Wolf, who wonders what to call "aliveandkickingjustabout"
