I think Dudley's worst memory is the birthday that
netted him the least presents :-D
Seriously though, the fact that it was not revealed
makes me suspicious that it might be of some
importance later.  I wondered also why Harry didn't
tell his Aunt and Uncle to administer chocolate to
Dudley to counteract the residual effects of the 
"Dementoids".  Perhaps, since big-D has been dieting,
Harry may simply have known there was no chocolate
available, and just didn't bring it up.  But it still
bothered me a bit.
