Everybody lies, Dumbledore is not perfect, and that point has been proven
when he made the mistake of not telling Harry anything thus Sirius is dead.
Dumbledore lies when he has to or is convenient, just like everybody else does. I
dont think he lies to people he cares about, such as Harry or McGonagall, but
he can lie easily to other people just like everyone else.
