Judging from how Harry felt his exams went, it shouldn't be too hard 
to figure out what he did well in or not.

DADA - Outstanding (His practical was obviously flawless, and he 
seemed very confident over his written exam, and Harry isn't known 
to have false confidence. I didn't like Umbridge's evil grin, 
however, but she's hardly in a position to ruin his exam now, is 
she?)

Transfiguration - Exceeds Expectations (Again, he seemed optimistic 
and the worst thing that Harry recounted was a wrong definition, so 
I doubt he did that badly)

Charms - Exceeds Expectations (He was confident at the beginning of 
the written exam, and the only thing he got very wrong in his 
practical was mixing up growth charms with colour charms. I've got a 
gut feeling that Harry will do well on this exam)

Potions - This is the only one I am completely unsure of. I think he 
definetly acheived an Acceptable, but he can't just get that if he 
does continue down the Auror path. I'd put him at an E to be 
optimistic, but I'm still not sure how he'll get into the advanced 
Potions class

Care of Magical Creatures - Exceeds Expectations (Possibly 
Outstanding. This exam was probably the one he wanted to do his best 
on, after DADA, so he probably did quite well. Outstanding is also 
possible)

Astronomy - Acceptable (we know he only filled in about 2/3 of his 
star chart, and he thought he did ok on the written, but didn't know 
all of Jupiter's moons. Do you realize that would mean he'd have to 
know 39 moons? Maybe he just meant the biggest 4...)

Divination - Poor or Dreadful (There doesn't seem to be mention of a 
written exam, so we don't know if Harry did one and if so, how he 
did, but he obviously failed the practical)

History of Magic - Acceptable (He knew the answers to some of it, 
but it is possible he failed and got a Poor, considering he skipped 
several questions)

Herbology - Exceeds Expectations (There's very little to go on here, 
but if the worst that happened was a small bite from a Fanged 
Geranium, it can't be that bad)

So to be optimistic, that's 1 P, 2 A, 4 E, 1 O and 1 unknown
