I'm not sure why you would ask if she was stupid? Harry is a half-
blood. His mother was like Hermione a witch born to muggle parents 
therefore by bad guy standard of Muggle blood regardless of her 
talent. So technically Harry is a half-blood. I think it is very 
telling that the Death Eaters don't seem to know that Voldermort 
himself is half-blood and his Muggle half didn't even have wizarding 
power. I wonder if that will go back into play in later books.

The Black tree would only show any Weasleys if they married into the 
Black family and my guess is that any Weasley would probably only 
marry a Black likely to be good and thus disowned by the Blacks 
themselves. It would be interesting to see a Weasley family tree and 
see if any Black's or Malfoy's turned good show up on it.

I would think the Weasley's choose not to have house-elves, besides 
they probably cost money, you know an extra mouth to feed. -Renee
