OOP ..Prophecy Ramblings ..Spoiler

Yeah Have been Forwarned..........Spoilers Follow! 















Just a few rambling thoughts going through my mind...
 
What have we been led to believe throughout the whole 
series?...Harry can do all and Neville is useless.   Who is the main 
person that seems to point out how useless Neville is?  Snape.   Who 
by the way seems to know a lot about what is going on.  The prophecy 
says that he will have a power that the dark lord knows not.  Well 
who is the one person that would least be suspected as being 
powerful?  Neville!  Also I wonder why the line " The one with the 
power to Vanquish the Dark Lord will Be born as the seventh month 
dies.." was repeated again at the end but with the wording slightly 
changed.
 
Another thing ..DD has told Harry more than once that his ability to 
do many things that LV can do is because LV put some part of him in 
Harry on that faithful night when Harry received his scar.  Is is 
possible that this is the reason that he was able to pick up the 
prophecy?
 
I do not necessarily think that Neville will be the one to do in the 
Dark Lord, this was just some ideas I Had after wading through the 
post.  It just seems funny to me that Neville's inabilities and  
Harry's ability to do things that LV could do, have really been 
repeated throughout the whole series. Then as the prophecy is 
revealed, so is the fact that Neville has not been using his own 
wand, (and I don't think his family is too poor to buy him his own) 
and seems to be Rather good at Defense against the dark arts.

Maybe I am just looking too hard for clues! Sorry if I have repeated 
something already covered.
