I don't think this is true. Fred and George accused Percy of being 
upset because a prefect was attacked, but the prefect also happened 
to be his girlfriend (and the twins didn't know this). So I think it 
is far more likely that Percy was upset because his girlfriend was 
attcked, not because she was a prefect.
