There were two informants in that bar. For the OoP, Mundungus, 
(cross)dressed as a witch with a veil (ch. 17), and for Dolores, Willy 
Widdershins, the guy bewitching the toilets all over the place that 
Arthur complains about. The guy buys a pardon with that information 
(ch. 27).
