Yes. You had a disembodied brain attacking a Weasley. The theory I've
been working on (based on the 7 room post by mongo62aa) is that, like
the 7 rooms in the end of PS/SS, the 7 'Department of Mystery' rooms
represent the 7 books. My that token, this room would represent book
2. (Sounds like the plot to book two, doesn't it?)

I haven't really finished working it out, but here's what I have so
far:

1: (PS) The entrance with Fluffy (task set by Hagrid)/ (OoP) The
Entrance to the Department of mysteries (the door room)

Book one, by this token, is Harry's entrance into the mysteries of the
WW, guided by Hagrid.

2: (PS) The Devils Snare (Sprout)/ (OoP) The brain room

As I said, a Weasley attacked by a disembodied brian represents CoS
well, and the diary could be described as the devils snare...

3: (PS) The flying keys/ (OoP) The death room (Sirius)

Sirius was critical to PoA, and the key to his escape was indeed
flying...

4: (PS) The Chess set (Minerva)/ (OoP)The time room (The death eater
with the babies head)

The theme of this book is transformation, with Moody/Crouch, which is
Minerva's specialty, and features baby!Voldemort (Shaky, I know)

5: (PS) The Troll (Quirrell/DADA)/ (OoP)The Hall of Prophesy

OoP is mainly about the DADA teacher (who I really want to compare to
a troll about now :) and Harry's prophesy.

6: (PS) The Potions Puzzle (Snape)/ The universe room (which only Ron
& Ginny went in)

Obviously it isn't out yet, but it sounds like it will involve "the
use of cool logic in the face of fire", Snape, and the fate of the
universe. Sounds interesting...

7: (PS) The Mirror (Dumbledore)/ (OoP) The love/unknown roon they
weren't able to get into yet (The Atrium isn't part of the DoM proper,
so I didn't include it)

This obviously would be the showdown with Voldemort, set up by
Dumbledore (whether alive or dead [or a picture on the wall]), likely
involving love and the old magic...

I'm not totally firm on the order of the OoP rooms (I was going on
order originally entered, though I'd really like the time room to be
PoA), and some of the connections seem a little
shaky, but the idea seems workable...
