apparate into places like Hogwarts when no wizard can.

Anyway, maybe Kreacher was informed by Dumbledore on the location of 
the Order of the Phoenix. I mean, Harry goes there mutliple times 
although he in only invited once. So perhaps once you've been invited 
in (which Kreacher obviously has been, seeing as he's there) you can 
come and go as you please, though you can't invite anyone else.

Who just thought thatusing a secret-keeper could be of wonderful use 
at a party which you didn't want anyone to crash.
