FWIW, I am not *terribly* concerned about HP having
used an 
Unforgivable Curse. This is for a number of reasons:

1- It was done in "the heat of the moment" and not
with any sort of 
malicious PREmeditation. It was done, IMO, more to
express (however 
inarticulately) HP's rage of the moment.

2- This is war. Whether we care to admit it, the war
began when 
Voldemort returned. If the prophecy is to be relied
upon--and I am 
of a mind it is--then HP is going to have to use
another 
Unforgiveable Curse (AK) on Voldemort. Is anyone
expressing concern 
over that?


I look at it as if it were a gun. If he used it
without provocation it,s assult in self defence it's not.
