What about The Quibbler? Another important wizard magazine. Especially: "Sirius - Black as he's painted?". The article was mentioned twice, and certainly for a good reason. In  combination with the many mysteries regarding Sirius's death, it makes me believe that Sirius will make another appearance, somehow and somewhere. (Not by coming back to life, I don't think. But he's not completely lost for us.)
