OOP: Dementors

We thought the Dementors had turned to Voldemort's side, but it turns 
out that they were ordered to attack Harry by Umbridge, right?  So, 
by the end of OOP, we still don't know whose side they're 
*officially* on. . .  Now that it's in the open that LV is back, will 
anything be done about the dementors?  Will someone/something else be 
be put in charge at Azkaban?  Will they be nice to Lucius, et al?  To 
be sure, they can't be considered terribly trustworthy if they'd do 
what they did on a whim of Delores Umbridge?
