Personally I think by the time Harry is graduated and presumably free 
from Voldemort's threat, he will be above tormenting the Dursley's. I 
think we will learn more about Petunia and why she reacts the way she 
does. I saw a post about the possibility that her and Lily's parents 
might have been squibs instead of true Muggles. Anyway after the 
final showdown with Voldemort I think Harry will pity the Dursleys if 
anything.
