Me:

Can you honestly imagine Dumbledore allowing Slytherin to win on the 
basis of the Inquisatorial Squad's bullying, especially after what he 
did at the end of PS/SS?  Although perhaps he might see this unjust 
victory as a balance to that one...

I reckon either he cancelled it, or there were a lot of other 
retrospective additions and subtractions at the feast.  

As to the final result, I have no idea.
