Missing pages?

I also read that there were some copies found to be missing like 33 
pages.  But these pages would be during the course of the story, not 
pages missing from the total count.  So, I think the fact that your 
(and my) book has pages numbered to 870 does not mean our book is 
short.  However, if there is a huge jump in the story that doesn't 
make sense and you are missing several pages, that is probably what 
the publishers are referring to.  Although... not an expert...:)
