She must be quite smart if she is in Ravenclaw even if she is 
a "nutter".  How many people do you know in real life with high IQs 
that are a little weird or misunderstood.  She has a steady role in 
the book and is in the fight at the end. Maybe she should have been a 
Griffyndor? Hermione is quite brainy but was not sorted into 
Ravenclaw. I think we will see more of her and it will be interesting 
to see how she develops.
