Well not quite. the Lovegood family had one mention in GOF.  The chapter 
titled "The Portkey"  Mr Weasley asks Amos Diggory if they are waiting for anyone 
else before the portkey activates for transport to the  World Cup.  Amos 
replies that the Lovegood left for it the previous last week and the Fawcetts 
couldn't get tickets.
