Me:
I was assuming that the charmed move was the actual removal of the
prophecy from the shelf: that only those to whom the prophecy
referred would be able to do that. Once it's off the shelf, I
figured that anyone could do with it what they would . . .
Otherwise, why would the DE's have been demanding that Harry hand it
over to them? They couldn't get it off the shelf themselves, but
they could handle it once Harry got it down for them.
That said, I still think that Neville's going to play some key role
in the prophecy & in the demise of LV. No such thing as coincidence
in the WW . . .
Em, who will maybe get over Sirius' death in time to be able to read
this book aloud to her grandchildren without sobbing aloud.
