 Linda(Me):
      I don't think the howler was from Dumbledore. Harry's thoughts:
(pg 43 US) "And what, what, had that Howler been about? Whose voice 
had echoed so horribly, so menacingly, through the kitchen?" Harry 
did not recognize the voice in the Howler. IMO, If it was 
Dumbledore's voice he would surely have recognized it. SO who sent 
Aunt Petunia's Howler????????
