Okay, did anyone else notice the bumblebee outside the window while
Harry was taking his OWLS? Definitely Dumbledore! He said he wasn't
leaving Hogwarts, so became a bee. (IE - the name DD means bumblebee)
Yes, the whole animagus argument. But remember, Hermione looked up
Animagus' from this century. DD would have been registered under the
century before, being that he is 151 years old.
I honestly didn't necessarily agree with the animagus theories before
reading OoP, but now I do. JK doesn't put in anything without a
reason.
Okay, okay... I found the page, US p. 725. "Harry stared fixedly at
the first question. It was several seconds before it occurred to him
that he had not taken in a word of it; there was a wasp buzzing
distractingly against one of the high windows."
Okay... a wasp, not a bee. What do you guys think? DD keeping on eye
on Harry? Or just a wasp - remember, JK never puts in anything
without a reason (learned the hard way in GoF - Harry watching a bug
crawl on a statue while Hagrid admits to being a half-giant to
Maxine; turns out to be Rita). But she could be giving us a red
herring.
Comments??
