Well, it could very well be Neville that everything has been about
couldn't it, but then why was Harry able to remove the prophecy from
the shelf-Neville would have had to remove it first. If it was
Neville then how was he marked by the Dark Lord? Could that be
foreshadowing of how upon seeing the Dark Lord's favorite Death Eater
(Bellatrix LeStrange) torture his parents he was marked "emotionally"
and became a clutz with no self confidence. Clearly he is a decent
wizrd growing by leaps and bounds under Harry's tutelage. Makes you
step back and think doesn't it?
