Ron says this when Harry is asking him questions about thwe WW on the 
train in PS/SS. Harry asks if evryone in his family is a W/W, and Ron 
says yes, then says that one of his aprents has a cousin who's an 
accountant, but they never talk about him.
Sounds like a simple funny comment in context (the WW equivilant 
of "oh, she's a drug addict, we don't talk about her...") but now 
really does raise a question of whether the Red-headeed Lily was 
related to the Weasley squib. (Well, I don't know if it's on the 
Weasley side or Mrs. Weasley's side...)
