OOP: The funny scenes

Several people have commented on the lack of humorous scenes in OOP,
with the major exception being the ones involving Fred and George
undermining Umbridge. There was, however, at least one other scene
that gave me quite a few giggles. Specifically, it is the one very
early in the book (Chapter 2?) in which owls keep showing up at the
Dursleys. It reminded me very much of a similar scene in SS/PS, the
one in which Vernon keeps trying to stop the owl post. The funny part
common to both, of course, is Vernon's purple-faced frustration at his
inability to stop the birds from coming in.

Any other candidates for funny scenes?

ever really become part of "the old crowd" but who supposes Filch
could have done something analogous for a different headmaster
