OOP: Bartender Ideas and Patils

Ooh, I love that idea.  I was sitting here struggling through posts 
to see if anyone had mentioned that Harry said the bartender 
looked "vaguely familiar" (US version, page 313?).  I like the idea 
that it's Aberforth.  Ooh, brain running away with theories- 
Mundungus Fletcher is banned from that pub, and the bartender has a 
long memory.  Perhaps the favor that Dumbledore did Dung to earn his 
loyalty had something to do with his brother?  Ok, maybe not.  But if 
the bartender is not Aberforth, who do you think it is?  

Also, something Darrin mentioned a long long time ago (post-wise) 
about races stuck with me... he mentioned the Patil girls alongside 
Cho Chang as being not Caucasian- what race are they supposed to be? 
Due to their blond hair, I had assumed that they were white. 

Please correct me on both notions if I am wrong.
