Putting the many pamphlets in her back pocket, Star agrees to the root beer 
and soon the two are walking along.

Star bends down using a pencil to pick up a Rookwood Thong. "Well," she 
frowns putting the Thong into the basket, "the cork doesn't really depend on 
the DADA position *specifically*, so it doesn't matter that none of them 
have been mentioned before. It just says that Miranda Goshawk is gonna end 
up being *somebody*. DADA is just an obvious way to work her in. See, its 
just she's mentioned in every book, her text books are the only reoccurring 
ones. According to the rule that says 'JKR doesn't mention or repeat things 
for no reason' she has to have some importance... Poor theory, I've only 
been able to get one other person to believe it. It doesn't even have a 
proper acronym."

Serena grumbles something as she puts another of them demmed thongs in the 
basket, "If not DADA then what?"

"Perhaps..." She shakes her head, "No I can't, its too horrible to say out 
loud."

"What?"

"The Standard Books of Spells are, I believe, used in Charms. What if its a 
nod towards the fact that... I don't know how to say it..." She bites her 
lip. "What if she becomes a teacher but its not DADA? What if its Charms. 
What if sweet little Professor Flitwick is next on Rowling's hit list?" She 
shrugs, "Even if not though, the cork is quite flexible. It just needs 
Miranda to become *someone* in the books."

Serena moves the basket to her other hand, "Like I said, it's way more 
probable Evil!Hermione."

Star Opal raises an eyebrow at her, "Evil!Hermione? Must've missed that one, 
due tell."

"Don't have to get into that now. Here we are." They come up to the Royal 
George, a little battered on the outside, but not much.

Serena opens the door and they see George, "What'll it be ladies?"

"Two root beers." Serena says as she walks up to the bar. She looks over her 
shoulder, "We'll wait for the waters in TBAY to calm down a bit."

Star Opal looks around curiously, its the first time she's been in the 
famous tavern. "Thanks for the root beer. I hope the others aren't too bad 
off I rather liked the Bay." She looks at George as he smiles placing two 
frosty mugs on the bar, "Hi." She blushes. He looks a little easy going for 
just having been through a hurricane in Star's opinion. "How can he be so 
relaxed? I mean..." Star whispers after he walks off. "I mean didn't 
*Snape's Worst Memory* do any damage? Even if its open to interpretation, 
you think it would've done would."

Serena shrugs and takes a drink of her root beer.

Star takes the cork out of her pocket and smiles, "So, Evil!Hermione huh? 
You're right, Somebody!Miranda Goshawk is more probable."
