OOP Question--prophecy

Well first of all, I think it would be pretty hard to just knock it 
off the shelf when they can't touch it or any of the other prophecies 
on the shelf. I also have my doubts that they would be even able to 
go near the shelf when none of the prophecies at all concern them. 
Other than that, I think Voldemort has little trust in his Death 
Eaters. In a matter as important as this, he wants to be the one to 
hear the prophecy. Still I don't think they'd be able to get to the 
prophecy at all. Also, getting Harry to do it is like killing two 
birds with one stone. He grabs the prophecy, kills Harry and parties. 
There's a lot of problems solved simply if the plan went like he 
wanted it to.
