I agree with Melanie, its quite clear that he totally blames
himself. Afterall, during the fight with the DEs, Harry keeps saying
to himself "Please don't let anyone die, I don't want to be the
reason someone dies." Also, why do you think Dumbledore went to such
measures to take blame for Sirius' death? He knew that Harry would
blame himself, and he knew how destructive that kind of self-loathing
can be to someone's psyche. In his wisdom, he knew that he would
have to take the blame in order to help Harry cope with Sirius'
demise.
