Notts first name is Theodor. It was mentioned in OOTP in the chapter 
in which the article in the Quibbler appeared. He was talking with 
Malfoy, Crabbe and Goyle and they were all angry, because Harry had 
blamed their fathers as Death Eaters. So I suppose he is a Slytherin, 
too. But I am not sure, if his house was mentioned.
