The most obvious difficulty I see is that Snape is presumably spying 
for the Order. If that is the case, becoming a DADA teacher could put 
him in a very compromising position. What exactly would he teach and 
still appear sympathetic to Slytherins/DE's? He's supposed to be 
interested in the DA themselves. Dumbledore will have to leave him 
where he is.
