I support S.U.P.I.N.E.: Super Undercover Percy Is Not Evil!  Hurricane
Jo made him too evil.  It's too easy.  Doesn't anybody remember Percy
in GoF rushing into the freezing water after the second Triward
Tournament event to make sure Ron was okay?!  It went something like
"his face looking somehow younger."  He got his shoes and fancy robes
soaking wet!  When it came right down to it, he is a Weasley.  He
can't be raised by the Weasleys and go so far astray.  No! 

And what better spy could there be in MOM than Perfect Prefect 
Percy?  No one at MOM trusts Arthur Weasley or his family but they
would give Percy access to loads of stuff.  Poor, misunderstood,
heroic Percy!
