OotP: Scar Placement, Podmore [not really spoilers]

Sorry if these were discussed before but I couldn't find the 
messages.

I've read recent discussion on the scar placement, but nobody seemed 
to quote from book 5. The movie shows us it's above Harry's right 
eye, and I think book 5 also says so because of the following 
passages:

"A dull pounding pain was developing over his [Harry's] right eye."

--OotP ch 13, p 251 US

"Harry shook his head, noticing as he did so that the ache in his 
right temple was getting worse."

--OotP ch 13, p 256 US

I'm pretty sure some of you have noticed this too. Well?

Also, could headless hunt leader Sir Patrick Delaney-Podmore be 
related to Sturgis Podmore? I dunno if this could be any 
significant, though.
