Where do Wizards go to school before Hogwarts?

COMMENTS:
I have wondered about this myself!  Either they go to a primary or 
elemnetary shool to learn to read or write, or maybe they are 
homeschooled. Seems to me that there would be some kinda reference to 
a primary school, ie Ron knew Draco before from school....
