I agree. While reading that part, I kept thinking, "kill her Harry; 
use the Avada Kedavra; she's terrible!" Then Bellatrix told him what 
it took to perform the Cuciatus curse, and I realized what 
repercussions it would have for Harry, and I changed my mind. I think 
he realized that too.
