Hi all!
I come back after a long while (not that anyone is expected to have
noticed, I didn't post that much) to sort of agree with Cindy C.
I have to make clear that I haven't finished the book yet, I'm at ch
30 but I want to give my first impressions.
Although I found some really good bits so far (Fred and Goerge are
my heroes *__*) I also found also some 'useless' bits, Lupin and
Moody for instance, as Cindy pointed out, don't really have much to
do and to escort Harry around anyone would have done, and what's the
use of bring back Bill if he is not going to b developped in any way?
Any book so far was highly exciting, litteraly 'unputdownable', in
this one the action is too diluted. I know that this is not very
profound criticism, it's just my guts feelings I'm venting.
As for characters, I have to say that I like what JKR is doing with
them (when she does something, that is) even though I may not like
the direction she taking them. I'm sorry that we don't really get to
know much about Herminone and just a little bit about Ron.
Well, I go back to reading so that I can, hopefully, join in some
discussion with something slightly more interesting to say.
R.
