This is almost like the fight b/w Kenobi and Vader in Star Wars......It
would have been a good nod if Voldemort pointed his wand at Dumbledore and
said: "That name...no longer has any meaning for me!"
Personally, I think he calls him Tom, to let him know that he's not afraid
of him and reminds him of who he was. Just a thought..
