That wouldn't surprise me at all.  Trelawney couldn't have been the only one 
making prophecies.  Perhaps when they were made it wasn't known who they 
pertained too.  LV would only know about the one that his "spy" partially 
overheard.  (I suddenly have a really funny feeling that the spy was Snape). 

It couldn't have been Wormtail because Dumbledore would have known before 
Harry's birth that he was a deatheater. . .And I think if it were Pettigrew 
Dumbledore would have just told Harry who the spy was.
