The Fawcetts are neighbors of the Weasleys and Lovegoods -- GoF 
chapter 6 "No, the Lovegoods have been there for a week already and 
the Fawcetts couldn't get tickets," said Mr Diggory. "There aren't 
any more of us in this area, are there?" 

They have at least one daughter at Hogwarts -- GoF chapter 16 "She is 
already tending to Miss Fawcett, of Ravenclaw, and Mr Summers, of 
Hufflepuff, both of whom decided to age themselves up a little, too. 
Though I must say, neither of their beards is anything like as fine 
as yours." 

I used to think that in addition to that Ravenclaw daughter, they 
also had a Hufflepuff daughter, because of the scene where Snape 
blasts the rosebush to bits and takes "ten points from Hufflepuff, 
Fawcett" as a girl ran away, and "ten points from Ravenclaw, 
Stebbins" as a boy ran away ...

...  but apparently later printing of GoF have "Ravenclaw, Fawcett", 
and "Hufflepuff, Stebbins". G'rrr. I liked my Hufflepuff Fawcett with 
the Ravenclaw boyfriend, which left the Ravenclaw Fawcett free to 
have Mr Summers of Hufflepuff as her boyfriend, whom she led into 
violating the Age Line... 

One Fawcett student at Hogwarts has the initial "S" because 
S. Fawcett is on the sign-out list in QTTA.
