Well, if I 'm not mistaken, Neville seems to have done great on his
Potion Owl. What if he joins Harry and Hermione on Snape's class?
Remember that Neville's father was an Auror! He had his father's wand!
He may want to become an Auror too.

Anyway McGonagall will do everything she can so Harry may become an
Auror. Even asking DD and other teachers for help or to interfere with
his Owls results!
