COUNTERPOINT:
The Weasleys have always been economically challenged.  More thatn 
once Ron has lamented on this; we never heard anything from the other 
Weasly kids till OOP.  You may want to go back and reread the part 
when ron tells Harry about Percy leaving.   Percy's ambition is more 
about having the means to provide for fmaily, and no more hand-me-
downs, than it does with power!
