prophesies refer in a way to Harry and the struggle against
Voldemort. I assumed that the fight in the Ministry of Magic was
sometime near the end of June (possibly the solstice?) Maybe these
fragments refer to the phoenix-Fawkes. Fawkes was reborn during
Dumbledore's fight with Voldemort. Perhaps this is Fawks' last
rebirth. Also, somehow, I think Harry is tied to the phoenix legend
and these lines refer to him as well.

I think it's likely they refer to Harry's struggle because JKR rarely
puts stuff like this in her books for no reason. Just because
Harry's name wasn't on other balls doesn't mean they couldn't refer
to him. I think there might be many other prophesies about Harry in
that room, but they weren't labeled as such because the ministry (or
whoever labels them) didn't know to whom they pertained. When the DAs
were walking down the isles, assorted balls glowed softly as they
passed. Harry's prophesy ball was also glowing when he reached it.
Who knows maybe they just refer to the publishing of Book 7.
