What property?  Number 12 Grimmauld Drive?

I'm looking down Grimmauld Drive now. 
There's number 8, 10, 14, 16 .... Hmmm, I'm sure 
that there used to be a number twelve around here 
somewhere.  

Whoever thinks that they are the rightful owner of
this place will surely be disapointed.  They'll 
arrive with all of their belongings, only to find 
that the house doesn't seem to be there anymore.
(Unless, of course, they get a letter from DD before
they get there.)

I bet that this house still remains a the HQ for the 
OotP.
