My thoughts on this:

She may not recall is consciously, but seeing as she did actually make the 
prediction, perhaps it is possible that the memory of that particular point in 
time could be read by LV (with his ability to do leglime-whateveryoucallit), or 
pulled out and drawn into a pensieve so someone can watch it.
