What if we go one better than that and ask:  Could Harry and Draco be 
first cousins?  After reading Black family tree in OoP, di you ever 
wonder why all Sirius family have names of stars and constellations, 
but Narcissa Malfoy (Narcissa means Daffodil) has the first name of a 
flower?  Could her maiden name be Evans?

After all Grandma and Grandpa Evans obviously named their beautiful 
daughters after flowers: Lily, Petunia and Hmmm-Narcissa?  Just a 
thought.
