related as well.  Oooh, wouldn't that just cheese Harry off if the 
Malfoys got Sirius's stuff?  Then again though, Sirius didn't hold 
much store in the Black family or their house, so it's not like there 
are any treasured items there.
It would be nice if there were a big family fortune that went to the

My reply:

Couldn't Sirius have made a will? His estate need not pass by intestacy.  If
he did, my bet is that Harry will either get everything or at least part of
the estate.
