Coudn't it be that DD doesn't get a better potions teacher for wizards being
good at  potions usually become healers? So he neads Snape in potions. It
xould also be that DD would have liked to take Snape this time but Umbridge
was sent from the MoM and the "reason" telled could only be a "story" made
up to cover the superviosn of DD's by Fudge? (She really behaves like this,
doesn't she?)
