 "Alon van Dam"
GINNY: Ah, I really liked Ginny in OOP. She's growing up to
become a powerful witch, a good flier and quite the flirt. Ginny has
let go of the crush on Harry and is now expanding her horizons a
bit. First Michael Corver, then Dean Thomas. She's
just 'windowshopping', I think. Enjoying the fact that there are
plenty of guys who /do/ like her and this is clearly building her
confidence. I don't think she's seriously thinking of a long-term
relationship at this point, but did see lingering hints of affection
for Harry in OOP. I can really
see the two of them getting together in book 6 or (more likely) 7.

Now me:

So, in this book we have what I think is an off stage
developmentbetween Ron and Hermione. It's there, it's just still
needing time to grow. I think Hermione has long ago realized her
feelings for Ron and his for her, but she has also accepted that he
still hasn't matured enough to realize them himself. there are also
subtle hints that Harry also sees this and is also not saying
anything to allow Ron to figure it out on his own. (Proof from
Harry's thought comparing RH to Arthur and Molly, and His thinking
Hermione was the one who had it right after the Yule brawl the year
before)

There were also seeds planted for HG in the future. From her
developing into an awsome girl, to a few looks shared between them,
like the one at the end in the hospital wing.

But I want to talk about the other Weasleys

It seems rather clear that Bill is currently paired with Fleur. Could
we possibly get to see a Wizard wedding at some point in the series?

Percy is unknown, he could have dumped his Ravenclaw gal to persue
career. I wish Penelope would at least be mentioned at some point but
oh well.

And then there's Charlie. My prediction for him is Trunks. She fits
in nicely with the family, and I loved the scene with Molly trying to
get her not to help out with dinner. It reminded me of a Mother-in-
law dynamic.

As for the twins, well they seem like the extended bachelor type to
me.

Who admits she likes all stories to end up with people happily
paired, recognizes that some find that revolting, and proudly waves
her One-Big-Happy-Weasley-Family banner :)
