OOP: Umbridge's observation of O.W.L.'s

I think that the previous poster got it exactly right.  Umbridge's 
smile actually reflects the confidence that she has in her teaching 
method.  From Umbridge's perspective, even the insane, troublemaking, 
mentally deficient Harry Potter was able to use the glorious teaching 
techniques of the Ministry of Magic to perform outstandingly on his 
Owl levels...Umbridge's smile felt fairly honest to me at that point 
and I did not equate her satisfaction with the still troubling 
Dumbledore smile from GOF.
