Ok, maybe I'm reeeealy stretching this now, but maybe this could 
explain the glint in Dumbledore's eye that seems like triumph when 
Harry reports that Voldemort is becoming stronger.  Perhaps 
Dumbledore knows that Harry has (will have, is about to - depending 
on when Harry actually goes back in time to...) defeated him or 
stopped him from becoming Voldemort and so on.  Therefore, it would 
be triumph in his eye because he knows that everything will change 
and be all hunky-dory.  

Well, there's my initial thoughts to this theory.  I agree though - 
it is very intriguing.  I don't know if I would be able to handle 
that if it really happened - I mean, Harry not being famous, not 
knowing Ron, and not even having the scar!?!  {Ahh!!}
